This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and/or new patients at Pembrokeshire Dental Care. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Clear aligners. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Clear aligners will be charged at an additional cost. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Keith Mcaflane.
Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The Clear aligners offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Dr Keith McFarlanr is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Pembrokeshire Dental Care will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.
The Clear aligners offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Pembrokeshire Dental Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Pembrokeshire Dental Care does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Pembrokeshire Dental Care no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Pembrokeshire Dental Care negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only.
Pembrokeshire Dental Care can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
